Tried checking in at 5pm and room was not ready yet. Check in time was to be prior to this. Room had ants all over the walls and AC Unit. Door lock was broken, box of tissues was empty. Pool was dirty and freezing. Very disappointed. WILL NEVER STAY HERE again.
Rooms abs location were fine. Service horrible, and likely the worst attempt at hotel breakfast.
Entrance and exit to this parking lot can be a lil tricky.
Service was alright but when I was sleeping I was woken up my neighboring room at 2am due to what they were doing. I couldn’t go back to sleep until 3am. Room was fairly clean but my a/c didn’t work. I had to mess with the outlet for a while until I got it working. Went to breakfast and there was a choice of sausage links or bagels. Also, not pertaining to my stay but when I checked in there was a gentleman that came back to the counter because he was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. Great local hotel. Spacious, quiet rooms with large, clean bathroom. Large smart TVs and a big, comfy bed. Ample, practical workspace for laptop as well. Located minutes from extensive restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend. 2026 EDIT: During a recent stay, the staff quality was hit or miss. Friendly at times, bored and dismissive at others. We had to request housekeeping on three consecutive days before having our room cleaned.
