We have not had the best experience so far during our stay. Upon check-in, we specifically requested daily housekeeping, but the front desk agent failed to set it up properly, resulting in our room not being cleaned at all on our first day. When we brought this to the staff's attention, there was a noticeable lack of urgency or care in resolving the issue. We expected a much higher standard of service and attentiveness.
Perfect place for families when booking in Moab! Average breakfast in the morning! The pool is great!
A great experience! The thoughtfulness started right when we checked in - we were traveling with an infant and the lady at the front desk right away gave us a room near the conference room so it would be extra quiet. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean, and the AC worked great. Very friendly staff, especially Pam who helped us numerous times, even going so far as to contact personal acquaintances to find out info about how nearby wildfires might affect our travel.
