Would not recommend at all. Thermostat in room broken and they basically said oh well coz no maintenance on staff and other reasons
Poor Check-In Experience and Room Issues I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. At check-in, the front desk associate took over 30 minutes to complete my check-in. I had reserved a king room based on availability, but instead I was assigned a room with two queen beds without explanation. I am a regular guest at Marriott properties across the United States, and this experience did not meet the standards I am accustomed to. First time staying at this hotel, but it will be at the top of my list whenever I'm traveling to Milwaukee. Good, clean hotel with great staff and nearby food options. Very reasonable rates.
I loved the hotel very much.front desk was very helpful and understanding and answered all My questions everyone that i came in contact with at the front desk was very nice and helpful….the only thing that i really dislike was the breakfast because they was having the same breakfast every day i been there from January 29- February 4 and on top of that thw apple juice had black mold in it everytime i get a cup of apple juice its black mold folding in my drink
