Had a bit of frustrating experience here. Booked with points, and then they told me there was a $30 room charge tacked on. After calling Marriot directly and then confirming there was suppose to be no charge, they continued to insist there was a charge, and only finally clarified in the morning that this charge is directly to Marriot and not me.
