I work in a meat packing adjacent industry. I travel 160+ days per year. Not as many as some but more than others. This Fairfield Inn is quite possibly my #1 place to stay throughout the Midwest. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable of the community and can give recommendations for locals businesses. The Rooms! The rooms are great! Clean! Quality linens on the beds. We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times over the past year. It’s been a great location for us. Rooms have been okay. Showers have been hit or miss. Today’s shower sprays everything but you. Strangely no room we’ve been in had a working bathroom fan.
Sam at the front desk is very sweet, funny and polite. She asked how our stay was and was able to tell us nearby amenities related to food and coffee in the area. Also great location with gas station & Scooters within walking distance, along with a Walmart and hospital very near.
Stayed here with my husband and three kids and really enjoyed the hospitality Sam provided…I believe she is the general manager there. Great experience!
