Not a best experience!
Straight forward room. You are next door to a Cracker Barrel. Our second room had left over food in the fridge. Housekeeping missed it.
While the property definitely has some wear and tear, the location and service still make it 5 star in my book. Everyone was super friendly, and Ari was a huge help. It's quiet, yet has great access to I-75/64. This was my second stay and won't be my last.
Overall not a great stay. Felt a little itchy in the bed ??? Thankfully no bed bugs. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during my boyfriend and is cross country move. Reached out to management and received no answer. Holiday Inn and quality inn next door seemed better. Should’ve stayed in one of those but thought fair field inn would be nicer :/
Absolutely disgusting experience at this hotel. I stayed here late at night during a stopover from Florida to Toronto, just looking for a quiet and clean place to rest. Unfortunately, the room was in completely unacceptable condition. There were stains on the carpet, wrappers left in the drawers, and the bathroom was filthy with hair all over the tub and floor, peeling wallpaper with visible mold behind it, and grimy chairs that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
