Overall was a pretty good place to stay. Room was small but clean. TV was the smallest tv I have seen in a room. Staff were friendly though and informed me of the good places to eat. Breakfast was good as well
It feels like an antiquated hotel. Rooms are tight, I didn’t receive room service every other day as they promoted, they have basic cable.l, and their breakfast was not at all enticing. You know those wet scrambled eggs? Yeah that’s what they put out every morning.
We arrived late in the evening because of the winter storm that came through. The overnight girl was extremely rude and condescending. I have stayed at Marriott most of my life and have never met someone that was so disrespectful. The elevator was broken and she put my 70 year old mother on the 3rd floor and acted surprised that we would even want a discount or something for it. Love the breakfast,
The place is a little bit older but well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pleasant check-in process. Susan at breakfast was magnificent, extremely friendly and informative. She kept the breakfast food well stocked with excellent presentation. Nice place to stay if you’re passing through.
