Called a few times today to inquire about info. No answer.
So overall the hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. The biggest problem was the housekeeping services. At check in I did request housekeeping services, unaware that they only come every other day. I checked in on Friday and didn't receive service by Sunday evening (after 6pm). I had to go the front desk to ask for clean towels, garage bag and a roll of toilet paper. This was unacceptable. We decided to stay here last minute on our way down to Tennessee and checked in pretty late. Rebecca, who answered the phone and checked us in, was absolutely amazing—so sweet and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. All of the housekeepers went out of their way to say hello, which really stood out. Clean and quiet room with a delicious breakfast.
Everything is great but funny: I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time I try to watch Fox News, it lasts a short time but then shows an errors. I switch channels and never shows an error. Who knows….
