Most everything looked good about the room until I looked over at my phone and saw a cockroach on it then I started noticing them more places. I can echo others experiences my room would not cool to below 74 degrees.
This hotel did not have working AC during my stay. I changed rooms, and still the AC did not work properly in the 2nd room. They did not have maintenance available to address the issue. I had to open the window at night to keep the room from getting too hot. The hotel is right next to the highway, so unfortunately this resulted in a lot of disruptive noice pollution from cars. Stayed there at the end of January for work. The room was nothing special, but the heat wasn't working and it was chilly. They moved me to another room the next day that had working heat. My coworker also had issues with their heat/ac. The new room had a broken shower handle. The pool/hot tub were out of service despite them stating otherwise over the phone, but I was told I could drive to the other one on the other side of town to use their hot tub if I would like.
