There is something seriously wrong with their hvac. 3rd floor was bad. The rooms smelled moldy and the windows were very evidently wet and had been for a while. I had to Crack the window and run the heater to vent it. The remodel was nice, walls floors and shower were new and clean but I felt sick for 2 days after sleeping in there because of the air. That needs addressed ASAP.

At 11 AM, my keys were deactivated even though Marriott checkout is 12 PM. I had to make several trips to the front desk to regain access to my room. It seems their system hasn’t been updated, so plan accordingly.

The rooms were clean except for the hand prints on doors and windows the pool was freezing cold the hot tub was only warm and not hot, I loved the tea setup in the lobby area and the gym was a casual gym but clean and nice.

Overall it was a good place to stay but with a few issues. The first suite we got the toilet didn't flush so room change right away, pool was freezing and hot tub was more like a warm tub. One TV didn't have a remote that worked with it, the main TV wouldn't let you use your own device via HDMI even though the TV gave directions to use and the staff didn't even know how to work the TV when I inquired about it. Among those issues there were a number of minor cosmetic issues with the room.
