The manager, Ivy, is PHENOMENAL. I travel often so hotel stays are a normal in my life. This hotel and its guest hospitality stands out amongst the rest in a very big way. Ivy is always there in the morning to offer a smile and a sincere “how are you” every morning. She is diligent in making sure all guests are happy with their stay, as well as accommodating anything we need for our room. I truly love staying here and Ivy’s genuine hospitality is a big reason why. Thank you Ivy!!!
Their associate, Truth, was the epitome of professionalism. He jumped through hoops to ensure that my needs were either met or exceeded. Highly recommend him!
