The bed was very hard no sleep.Never could get the tv to work,ac didn’t work real good either!!

The customer service is lacking. I was given a room that clearly was not ready. The air filter was on the floor next to the air conditioner and the smoke alarm was covered up wirh the Fairfield plastic laundry bag. I asked if there was another room and was told they are sold out yet the parking lot was not full. I asked for a manager on duty and the front desk woman said they left at 5:00 for the day?! Does anyone work anymore? This hotel is of the same quality as Motel 6. Bonvoy Marriot you are a disappointment.
Stayed 9-10-26. Compliment: Front desk and GM were friendly, quick and helpful. I would assume good service at a Fairfield but GM got me what I requested and that’s better than most. I’m a Diamond member on Wyndham and Choice. So I wanted to enjoy a nice stay in town while adding to my points. Good hotel. Clean. No bugs. No issues. The carpet in the room is very outdated.
