We stayed there as a vacation to wet and wild. Great place to stay with really good complementary breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet. We felt very safe even with my truck out back. The service was good. Bathrooms were clean and worked great with good shower pressure. That means a lot to me. We would definitely stay there again!
Don’t pass up this hotel for your stay in El Paso!! Although they are going under renovations, it was easy to look past it because of the customer service. We were welcomed by quick service and a friendly smile. Our room was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of five. The hotel breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. My favorite was the oatmeal bar. This location is in the perfect part of El Paso located Easy to access the interstate to get to any destination.
This is all my opinion, and based on many other reviews, the opinion of others as well. This hotel is despicable! When booking, the site states that the hotel is under renovations; however, it never states to what extent. The front entrance is blocked off completely. The side door is propped open with a towel creating a safety hazard. There is paint missing from the walls and tiles missing from the floor. Instead of a construction zone, it looks like a war zone! Nice place. It was under construction for renovation work but they were very accommodating. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Nice shower.
