Mad a reservation at 9 am day before I was to arrive, CANCELLED reservation 15 minutes later and they STLL charged me 175.00. Called the hotel and the staff said that they REFUSED to refund my card even with though they provide a cancellation number.
Horrible service. My thermostat didn't work because the battery was low. I called the front desk, and I was told they could not help me. The temperature will go down to 58 and the heat did not work.
Loved my stay very clean rooms and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind
Enjoyed our stay and the hotel cat that's outside added a special touch along with the warm fresh cookies everyday between 3-5pm
