Kind staff, clean rooms.
Kalelia at the front desk was very professional during check-in and went out of her way to accommodate my request for a room on the same floor as my family since I was visiting my mom. The entire staff across all shifts was incredibly helpful and friendly. We especially loved having Poppi drinks as a beverage option! Last but not least, our shuttle driver (I believe his name was Jose, correct me if I’m wrong. Has a shuttle from airport which was free. Has a small market with some items for purchase which was handy. Microwave in the room was nice. Good breakfast. Netflix option on TV. Modern and clean.
