⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, quiet and noise-free, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of options. I was especially happy with the great price for the quality and service. Overall, it was an excellent value and a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and affordable hotel.

I believe a comment on SNS is inappropriate for a business contract. Additionally, the lady of the Bonvoy Titanium desk was mother knowledgeable enough nor helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would. I stay at hotels 10-15 times a year and this was the best customer service I have experienced. From the front desk, to the sales team to housekeeping. Everyone was top notch. Kudo to the manager! A staff's success is a reflection of great leadership.
The rates at this particular hotel are too high. Go somewhere else for your stay. The general manager/Jeanine will not return phone calls concerning high rates and poor customer service at this location. Your company needs to do better with who is in charge of running this property and the staff associated. Thank you again for your time. ;)
They charge me with the cancellation which was done before the cancellation deadline. Additionally, they never send me the invoice until I contact Marriott Bonvoy and they didn’t even looked into the original condition to check the cancellation deadline. Now I need to make an another effort to contact their financing service?(which the lady of Bonvoy call center didn’t even tell me where to call, so I need to look it up by myself).
