Very disappointed with the reception staff. They were extremely rude and disrespectful. When we asked questions, they replied briefly and with clear irritation, interrupted us, and looked at us as if we were bothering them. There was zero willingness to help — just cold and arrogant attitude. It felt like we weren’t guests but an inconvenience. This unpleasant experience significantly ruined our overall impression of the hotel.
Good value hotel. Staff are great.
