All staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool is warm and open long hours. Good quality breakfast with plenty of options, with excellent coffee, and served till 10am. Coffee and cookies are available in the lobby at all times. Checkout is at 12. Great visit, would recommend this place to anyone. I would have a hard time going anywhere else
Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed felt like it needed to be replaced soon, but I did get a decent sleep. Breakfast choices were a little underwhelming. I prefer this hotel over the other choices when traveling to Cortland
Desk man at night is great. Very helpful and friendly
Our two-night stay was disappointing, even with no high expectations going in. Despite it being the middle of January, the room was uncomfortably hot and very humid. This was made worse by the fact that the windows were unable to open, leaving us with no way to get any fresh air or relief from the stuffiness.
