Stay at Fairfield often and am always impressed with everything. Kurtis is tremendous and treats his guests incredible well and very much appreciate Kurtis and the rest of the staff. Always a clean and tidy room and the breakfast is incredible!
Hotel looks nice and simple as well as clean. If you are expecting glamour, modern you will be disappointed. Rooms are a little depressing but very low grade simple. It’s ok if you are visiting Cortland University. Price of room are a bit expensive because the hotel knows parents need a place to stay when visiting their kids that go to Cortland?
All staff were very friendly. Rooms are clean. Pool is warm and open long hours. Good quality breakfast with plenty of options, with excellent coffee, and served till 10am. Coffee and cookies are available in the lobby at all times. Checkout is at 12. Great visit, would recommend this place to anyone. I would have a hard time going anywhere else
Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed felt like it needed to be replaced soon, but I did get a decent sleep. Breakfast choices were a little underwhelming. I prefer this hotel over the other choices when traveling to Cortland
