Rooms were clean, staff friendly when we actually saw them. Pool non functioning and hotel renovations under way, we were not notified until the day of our check in. Not professional on their part.
Find the phone cord going to the wall.. Hint - you won't find one. First room - no cord, second room - no phone, third room - phone, but no cord. No clocks in any room. First room - one TV mounted with a tilt (I'm guessing for side sleepers), second room - two TVs, but neither worked, third room - back to one TV with constant freezes/no picture. Elevator started working on Weds. Pool and gym out of service. Room cleaned/serviced once (Thursday). Employees having their friends work on vehicles in the side parking lot. It is b... read more
sub par rooms and worst coffee I have ever had at a hotel. breakfast was very preservative heavy. 👎
