I really like this hotel, but my wife hates it.
Courtney at the front desk is amazing! She was very helpful! She is the example of a positive customer service experience!
Close to UVA campus. Clean rooms. AC didn’t really get the room cold enough even though it is set to 60! Parking can be tight in the parking garage below.
I’m a platinum Marriott member and know hotels well. This hotel is horrible. The person at the front desk, Jamika Moore is rude, incompetent and unhelpful. The hotel is dirty and the parking situation is dark, sketchy and seems dangerous, especially for women. I would never to never stay here. Marriott should close this location
I travel for work, and I'm not sure I've encountered a hotel with staff more friendly than those here. Absolutely amazing people!
