Courtney and Jamell at the front desk are exactly what good hospitality looks like professional, attentive, and genuinely easy to deal with. We had a last-minute room request and they handled it without missing a beat, no fuss, no attitude. The Fairfield itself is clean, well-kept, and comfortable, but what stuck out was how smooth the whole experience felt, and a lot of that credit goes to those two. Nice hotel, great location. Very friendly staff.
Awful experience. Had stains on my sheets that I asked them to change and they never came at all. Guest services were rude when I asked for additional towels - even though the room had 4 people and there were only 3 towels when we arrived. Black hairs on the walls of the shower from prior guests. Disgusting and it was expensive. Will never stay here again
The location was great, the room large. That’s where the positives end. I do not expect fine dining from a free hotel breakfast but there was nothing but coffee to drink- juice machine on the counter but was broken for our entire stay. No milk one morning. When I loudly commented, wondering what my kids were supposed to drink the attendant huffed that she had individual juices and milks, just hadn’t put them out. Why on earth were they hoarding drinks?
