I travel for work, and I'm not sure I've encountered a hotel with staff more friendly than those here. Absolutely amazing people!
The staff at this location are excellent. They have been very friendly and helpful for all of my visits. This hotel is close to UVA hospital and the campus as well. The complimentary breakfast is good. Some of the rooms I have stayed in have been in okay shape and some have been in excellent shape.
Loved it I was born there I had a great time with my friend
Room is serviced every other day. Both times coffee service and soap was forgotten. The night desk attendants Jamal and Jamaica were excellent. Cannot say the same for the day crew
Pools green. Cancelled my stay. Me and my mom booked the hotel for the pool during our baseball tournament.
