Friendly stuff, excellent breakfast, convenient bathroom with shower, quiet hallways and surrounding, parking and near the subway station.
The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the housekeeping fell well below expectations. When we first entered the room, there was leftover cereal on the floor beside the bed, suggesting the room had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. The following morning, we informed the front desk about these issues and were assured that the conditioner would be refilled. Our first impression was bad. The gentleman at the front desk Saturday had the personality of a wet sock, we really seemed to be a bother. With my Marriott status I am eligible for a room upgrade, and just assumed it was the case. We arrived to our room which is tiny, barely enough space to open luggage. I called to the desk to ask about our upgrade which he replied we are sold out sorry. Funny enough we then checked online and there better rooms still available to reserve. Given the worst room by elevator and loud train, despite being nice and asking for a quieter room. Room and location are very nice.
Location,Location, location! Short walk to the T and then Boston is at your feet. Easy ride from the airport. Staff at the hotel we're excellent. My go to hotel when I am in Boston.
