Rooms very clean. Helpful with changes to my accommodations.
We had an extended stay in June 2026: Pluses: spacious room nice patio area in back decent breakfast choices Areas for improvement:: Room: awkward room layout - AC far from beds, wall need night table for each bed - with outlets Service Room serviced every other day: Inconsistent - insufficient towels, bath tissue toilet paper, sink bar soap Need towel hooks reachable from the shower Dead cockroach left in bathroom Only 1 luggage cart
Overall this is a solid choice to stay at. The entire building looked brand new and the public spaces were clean and very nice. The staff at the desk were friendly. The location was great for us and we were close to eating places. Bardstown is a really nice town. The reason for me taking off a star is because there were a few things with our room that weren't up to my expectations. This was our first trip to KY and this location gave us proximity to Mammoth Cave, Maker's Mark, Bardstown and Woodford Reserve. The room was quiet and clean. Parking was safe and there were a variety of restaurants close by. Everyone was helpful. We would stay here again.
