Susan is awesome! So is Jasmine!. Both went above and beyond the first two days I was here!. Lorraine Is awful. She kicked us out of the lobby, even though nothing happened. There was no loud behavior no anything. She even called the cops on us. Our kids couldn’t even eat pizza down there. They had been in the pool at the time of getting kicked out. It was so weird. . Mrs. Jasmin at the front desk was courteous and professional. She made my stay more pleasant as I was visiting my ailing mother. She greeted me daily and inquired about the well being of my family. It is nice to see there is still human decency in the world.
Breakfast was nice but ruined by the mounds of garbage sitting on the garbage cans. Despite requesting that it be changed nothing was done :(
Good rooms for business or pleasure. There are plenty of outlets.and the room was updated and clean. Free breakfast was nice.
