During my recent Fairfield stay in Ypsilanti, The staff made our team feel very welcome, The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean the breakfast was delicious, The meeting rooms that we used for our team was very modern. We felt very safe during our stay in the pool was very clean.
Gena was amazingly helpful! Despite challenges with a new booking system she successfully sorted out our group reservation and made sure we were all taken care of. Thank you Gena for going above and beyond to help us!!
