This hotel could be better managed and it would do well due to the location. Unfortunately, either they are stingy with the investments or poorly manage the resources.. lack of replenishment is the the main issue along with an old tv system. My 2 children, husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. Our suite was clean and our stay was comfortable. There are a limited number of parking spots but they validated parking at the T which is right next door. The hotel is located right next to the Wellington stop on the Orange line. (Tip: If you need to go to downtown Boston take the inbound train towards Forrest Hills). Laundry on-site is $2 per wash and $2 for dryer (2 washers/ 4 dryers available) and card payment only.
