My grandfather passed and the fact you scum bags kept the security deposit and tried to charge even more for rent when you were notified he had passed in the beginning of the month. Left this place in immaculate shape at the end of the 3 year lease where you'd have to come and redo the paint and carpet anyways. Absolutely disgusting and I hope you all get investigated

With unkempt yards serving as breeding grounds for deadly diseases like Giardia and coccidia, it's a tragic tale waiting to unfold for any unsuspecting pet owner. The place is usually quiet, big rooms, does have a long response time to get things fixed. hopefully they get some security at night there's been so many car break in's and people waking up with car parts stolen off there cars.
Rent is too high for a one bedroom!!
