I was very happy with the services provided when I first moved here however there have been issues since. The washing machine that came with the apartment broke 8 months into our lease and fairfield management has done absolutely nothing to fix it. I have called several times and left many service requests. 4 months have now passed and our washing machine is still broken. I’m writing this on behalf of my father who has lived here for almost 3 years. He’s had multiple break ins in his cars parked in the parking lot where there used to be security before Covid. That stopped around June of 2020. He still pays the service fee for it though. The walls are paper thin He can clean as day hear the neighbors dog parking from his bedroom 24/7 because they’re almost never home to make it stop, the landlord will do nothing about it. Fairfield apartments are the worst. They have paper thin walls. Rent to the scumbags and then when a good family moves in they get chased out by the crime and noise. Plus they raise rent yearly. For the amenities they are lacking they sure have some of the highest rent.
