Absolutely the worst place to live. Extreme crime and the complex does nothing to protect us. Don't rent here.
DO NOT RENT FROM FAIRFIELD PROPERTIES! I was a resident here from July 2021 to July 2022. Currently this corporation is in illegal possession of my security deposit. It has been 11 weeks since we have moved out, and I have yet to receive an itemized receipt of the security deposit, or the security deposit at all. Whenever my roommate and I contact them regarding this, we get transferred several times, only to be left leaving a voicemail to someone who has yet to call us back.
