For anyone who is looking to purchase an apartment at the Fairfield arms cooperative I just would like to inform you that this management is for nice words crap, I have emailed them many times making complaints about neighbors making loud noises after 10 pm and I even emailed them with dates and times complaining about neighbors being to loud and what do I get in return they send me legal fees on my maintenance bill because I was complaining none stop about loud noises and I was fined for making a complaint serval times for ... read more
Edit -edit- I've adjusted my rating from one to 3 stars. Response time has become VERY good, from them, as of late. Edit- heaven forbid Orsid responds to your phone calls. CLEARLY, Preference is given to residents that have lived in the building longer than others Very well kept common areas. Not impressed with the management company.
