Lucky to have gotten in, but still not a great time I got into the building under Section 8 assistance (as did all tenants), so, I suppose you get what you expect. Can't really complain when allowed to live for free, and still now only pay just over $150. But, it is far from ideal, constantly bug infested, and I think the mold fumes from the next-door Roxy are starting to severely lower my IQ.
