We were able to email vet records from our previous vet and they actually looked at them before our scheduled appointment. We did not have a long wait time and the waiting room was not packed. Dr Salgado was patient with us and gave us a lot of different options and didn't test for a lot of things that were not necessary. We really appreciated the fact she did not try to upsell us.
Do not take your pets here if you want an honest answer on their condition. We brought our family dog Milo in a month ago and was told he just needed antibiotics and to be put on a diet for a sore he had behind his ear. We asked Dr. Harris if we needed to put him down bc his quality of life just wasn’t good. She told us no he was fine. I had to put my dog down today and come to find out he had cancer, arthritis in all 4 legs and was in kidney failure. I will never be bringing another animal back to this place!!!
My dog has been seen by Dr. Harris and she has always been courteous and listens to questions and concerns. She puts Louie at ease so he can be examined. I truly appreciate the staff at Fairfield Animal Hospital.
Wonderful first experience! Friendly friendly FRIENDLY staff! Clean place, very organized and I loved how they loved my dog. Most vets just come in and say very little and leave , they come in give pets, explain everything, even breakdown costs for you on everything. My dog loved Kayla so much he just wanted to keep going in the back with her. It was so cute! Definitely go here you won’t regret it. Kayla is the best and I love how much she loves my dog
