Horrible experience
Their billing department is horrible. Twice my lawyer and I have sent checks in the amount quoted to us and twice they have returned them. After declining the letter of protection they said they would accept, and with out notifying my lawyer or myself they reported me to the credit bureau and a collection agency. I have been trying to contact them for almost a month to make a payment and i cannot get a call back.
