Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, service manager was rude and did not do anything to help resolve my issue. As a long time VW customer I love the brand and am hurt to see such awful management in place. I will never EVER be returning to this dealership and I recommend the same for anyone else. Both my Sales consultant Ibraheem Al Fatlawi and the Sales Manager, Israel Moreno were a breath of fresh air for me. Traded in my Tesla for a 2022 Tesla and I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped foot into the door. I called the day before and the car was detailed perfectly and ready to be sold! Emmanuel and the manager were extremely helpful and caring the entire time. They have texted me multiple times checking up making sure that I was satisfied and happy.
