Saw Dr. Glover today, thought the entire experience was great and he really helped me feel more comfortable about my kidney stone. Highly recommend.
Betty and her staff are completely incompetent. They can’t remember names and 3-digit numbers. After being put on hold for 10 seconds, she completely forgot why I had called and what I had said. She had no idea how insurance worked and had to relay my messages to her manager. The worst part of this is that her incompetence is supplemented with rudeness and ignorance. Save yourself the headache and visit another doctor elsewhere.
