My fiance and I scheduled a tour of a townhome. Upon arrival at the scheduled time, I received a call from Moe Rahim who informed me he was “running late.” He never arrived, although we were there for longer than an hour. After submitting our application for the property, Moe completely stopped returning calls or texts. Voicemails went unanswered. I had a very disappointing experience with tJose Aparicio, with Fairfax Realty select.. After submitting an offer and getting the contract ratified, he completely stopped responding to calls and texts. He offered no updates, no support, and never even showed up to the closing. Communication is key in real estate, and unfortunately, this realtor failed at every step after the offer was made. I would not recommend working with him.
Be careful of applying for a rental with this realty group. Rentals go so quickly in the DMV area, so when I found a rental with a pet policy allowing dogs, I decided to email the realtor listed and call during business hours, wanting to apply for it as soon as possible. We also left a voicemail on the main business line during business hours.
