I had a very disappointing experience with tJose Aparicio, with Fairfax Realty select.. After submitting an offer and getting the contract ratified, he completely stopped responding to calls and texts. He offered no updates, no support, and never even showed up to the closing. Communication is key in real estate, and unfortunately, this realtor failed at every step after the offer was made. I would not recommend working with him.
Be careful of applying for a rental with this realty group. Rentals go so quickly in the DMV area, so when I found a rental with a pet policy allowing dogs, I decided to email the realtor listed and call during business hours, wanting to apply for it as soon as possible. We also left a voicemail on the main business line during business hours. Howard Howoon Whang is highly unprofessional. He was supposed to arrange a meet with seller - not only did he forget to do that, he lied about having done so (the seller told me she never got a phone call or message from Howard at all). While I was waiting on site, he stopped responding to text messages and calls. Avoid this agency and Howard Whang like the plague.
