They don’t allow you to make partial payments on the website. Radiology work is not known to be cheap. Setting up payment plans is possible but you have to call them. I have never worked with a medical provider that actively did things to prevent people from paying their bills. If the powers that be see this (unlikely) start making partial payments on the website possible.
Do not give them business, even if insurance covers it. Poor customer service and you’ll lose your time slot! They cancel appointments without speaking with you first or providing reason and then don’t respond to phone calls or emails. I would never use them due to lack of communication.
Very happy with my experience each time I’ve been here. The staff is wonderful and the environment is very welcoming and comfortable. I’m happy to say I’m no longer nervous about mammograms and my bone density scan there was also a positive experience. I would recommend this center to friends & family.
