Always a pleasant experience which seems like an oxymoron for a mammogram facility! Reasons? the staff is friendly and efficient, the technicians super professional and thorough, the facility top notch.
Beautiful state of the art facility. Very patient and friendly front office staff. Always efficient. Mammogram technicians went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable. Nice dressing rooms. Comfortable waiting area. Very nice assistant greeted me and explained the process. I did not feel rushed like one one often does during medical appointments.
I agree with the previous reviewer. The biopsy team could not have been more efficient and compassionate. DAIZY held my hand and stroked my back during the whole biopsy. AMY was quick on the screen grabs and gave me a stress/squeeze ball. DR. BERMAN was calm, clear and direct the whole time, telling me everything she before she did it. She was honest and gentle through everything. I cannot thank these ladies enough for making a potentially nerve wracking experience actually bearable. THANK YOU!
