Their management policies are poor. They send me bills when I am not the payee as noted in my file. Not the first time! Then when I try to correct it they hustle me off to Buffalo
I had an X-ray of a potential broken rib. My physician could not get a reading the next day. I called the facility in Fairfax and was told the turn around for.a reading was 3 to 5 days. There is no way I would use this practice in the future.
