If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Same as everyone else, never got a bill and sent to collections over $14. Do not ever use these people. Will let Inova know how awful they are.
I'm getting fake debt collections calls for this also.
Same story as others. Had a visit. I was certain I’d paid off all balances for that visit through MyChart. Since then, - no mailed bills, no alerts, nothing. Then, out of the blue, a collector’s letter demanding payment ($13.98). On top of the bill total, I was surcharged 50% of the debt for payment processing by a company called FINVI PAYMENTS, which, according to Google Maps, appears to be permanently closed. Shady, shoddy, disrespectful. Keep this in mind if you decide to deal with this INOVA location.
Is it possible to give zero stars? Like so many other folks, I got no bill from them then got turned over to collections for $12.83. I tried calling to get information and find out why I never got a bill. I started this "adventure" at 9:27am and it took 45 minutes to get to a person who could tell me when bills were supposedly sent. Apparently they did an automated call to my phone and left no message. No sane person answers numbers they don't know and won't call that number back, especially when no message is left. Please pay attention to the bad reviews. Triple charged and randomly sent to collections for an unexplained charged with no notice! The send you to customer service and never pick up. Please please don’t was time by coming here. I’m still trying to figure out why I got sent to collections. STAY AWAY
