Horrible billing experience. They keep saying refund but they don't give refunds back to your original payment. They take what is owed to you and credit it to the next bill.
My mother 76 years old. had appointment. She has been waiting for an 1 hours, they still haven't call her yet. I gave this location for a ZERO star.......
My experience with the billing practices of this company has been very poor. My son, born premature, endured a 4 month stay in the NICU starting 5/2023 requiring multiple imaging studies. I received a bill from Fairfax Radiology 10 months later about services performed 5/2023. When I called to enquire initially, they had said the imaging was billed under the wrong insurance and an appeal process would be started. I have mo words to express my disappointment with the service provided by this office from their radiologists to the billing department. Profiting with people's health should be illegal.
Bad experience with the customer service billing department..she was so rude and doesn’t want to listen..very disappointed..
