My experience with the billing practices of this company has been very poor. My son, born premature, endured a 4 month stay in the NICU starting 5/2023 requiring multiple imaging studies. I received a bill from Fairfax Radiology 10 months later about services performed 5/2023. When I called to enquire initially, they had said the imaging was billed under the wrong insurance and an appeal process would be started. I have mo words to express my disappointment with the service provided by this office from their radiologists to the billing department. Profiting with people's health should be illegal.

This office clearly has a problem with its billing department, based on numerous poor reviews here. My experience so far has been poor, as well. I received a bill weeks ago that I knew was incorrect. Through my insurance I have met all deductibles and out-of-pocket, so I know I owe nothing to This center. They’ve somehow mishandled interaction with my insurance company. I called and spoke with Joshua to schedule a very complex set of MRI's. I told him we could only do Saturday so that my husband could drive me as I'll be medicated. Joshua was SOOO patient working with me to get a good date and time for us. He was professional yet friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed and everything FFX RAD had to offer.
