Fairfax has a very bad reputation in Salisbury for trying to renovate their properties at the renters expense in violation of Maryland laws. I've talked to 6 other previous residents and they all said the same thing. They were hit with a big bill after moving out for unnecessary repairs. The day we signed a lease the living room walls were so soft from the roof leaking that if you leaned on the wall your hand literally went through the drywall. They were informed on day one and years later, no repairs to the roof. The drains... read more
