I took my daughter to morning walk in visit at Green Briar Location. They told me they do not accept walk in since covid. Covid was 5 years ago they are still going with covid shift. Why we need your service if we can not use it. Seems like you are only good for yearly check up now and that is even crazy because nobody never available. We used to be seen by one doctor now every year you see different doctors. Used to like you guys and doctor Chung . But now, not anymore
I see that this practice does not rank well and I am glad I didn't previously checked the reviews or I would have not gone there. I brought my teenager son there a couple of months ago and we were very satisfied with the service provided. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare with this practice. Recurring cancellations, especially for well visits, and zero flexibility to accommodate patients. The front desk staff, particularly their lead, Christian Hernandez, is rude, condescending, and dismissive. I have never encountered a front desk so hostile—it feels like you’re bothering them by calling. The lack of empathy here is disheartening; you’re just a number to them. My son had an annual check up today which was setup yesterday when the office contacted me to set it up. I did the pre check in online this morning and was just there today at 3:36pm and was refused service because we arrived 16 minutes late to the 3:20 appointment. My son is in middle school and had an after school orchestra program he had to attend and we got delayed because of that. I tried calling the Fairfax office twice and no one answered the phone.
