Received a call today about an outstanding bill from a condescending and rude representative of this company. Told the rep multiple times that we were willing to pay the bill but needed to get organized to make sure the bill was legit. Kept cutting me off on the phone and saying it's too late we're sending it to collections.
Gave birth at Fair Oaks hospital, my baby's pediatrician does not make visits there so someone from Fairfax Neonatal supposedly saw my child. I was never told they were out-of-network, but insurance covered most but a small portion. I received a bill more than 2 months after the hospital stay for this portion and they threatened to send the bill to collections after only a month!
