Dishonest. I am very sorry I chose this place to do mammography. After initial pictures, a radiologist suppose to review them to make sure they are good and/or no additional pictures needed. If additional pictures needed, they are done at the same time, with the same order. This is normal practice and that is how it was done in other centers I visited in the past 15 years. However, in this place it does not work like that. The appointment literally took 5 minutes for 4 pictures in this place and they let me go. So, once a ra... read more
My overall experience was a pleasant one. The front desk was very polite and explained each paper I needed to sign. When called to the back, I was taken to a private, quite waiting/changing area . I was able to wait there and finish my paperwork until time for my MRI. If you are closterphobic I advise getting something from your Dr to calm your nerves. I didn't have anything for mine, however my tech was very understanding and had a great deal of patience. He talked me through it and had a wonderful sense of humor!! This was... read more

If the billing department knew how to bill I am sure it would be a 5 star company. They use a collection company that has men calling for little girls (really). Because we have 2 different insurance companies their billers didn't know how to bill the primary company and I had to find out how and teach them. Gave the insurance company a good laugh and cost them collection fees
