Had to wait over a month for an appointment. Then I get there and they tell me I will be billed twice for one appointment because of who owns the building! Why isn’t this explained ahead of time? Now, I’m left with paying extra or rescheduling. Terrible. The wait was also drawn out. I watched several people enter after me and leave before me.
The billing office for this place will make you like health insurance providers, they’re that bad. My husband went here for an MRI and provided his health insurance info multiple times. Then we get a bill for the full out of pocket amount, no use of insurance. He calls to provide his insurance again. They send him another bill without having billed insurance first. There is no place that takes longer to produce the MRI report. DO NOT GO IF URGENT.
Calling this place to find out if my insurance would be accepted was a shame! The lady just hanged out the phone on my face while I was talking... Shame on you and remember: this world is rounded!
What happened to Megan P happened to me too. We were sure that our insurance would cover the cost, but they FORCED us to pay the bill. They sat us down in this small office and made it seem like we were trying to get out of paying. We knew that the insurance would cover the full amount but they would not allow it, so we ended up having to pay for at least half the bill, $700.
