I have had a good experience seeing Dr. Reese for annual well visits for several years. Last week, my dog experienced an emergency medical event on the day I was to go in for my annual visit. I called and canceled the appointment with Dr. Reese on the way to the emergency vet and later received an invoice for a $60 cancelation fee. I called back and reminded them of the circumstances surrounding my cancellation (which included having my dog euthanized during the actual time of my appt with Dr. Reese) and asked if they would ... read more

I truly don't understand some negative reviews of this practice. In the three years since I moved back to the US from Italy I have been pleased by Dr. Reese's treatment of basic medical problems, her counseling about some health issues that were best dealt with by paying closer attention to those, and the wisdom of her choices about when a problem needed to be references to a specialist. Dr. Reese is a very good doctor in every way. She knows the medicine part. She explains stuff and really goes out of her way to treat other issues I didn’t go for. Today I called after hours and she called me back an hour later. I have not seem a doctor do that in 50 years.
