This dealer is a scam. Just paid $460 for a headlight. Wasn’t even plugged in or connected. Refused to refund the money.
I was sold the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe with the free tires for life program, only to find out when it's time for new tires that they discontinued the program. Not the 1st time this location has pulled one over on me. I will never shop there again and I will never buy their service packages. It's just another corporation trying to nickel and dime you. The purchase experience was horrific and nothing since has changed my mind.
Terrible. Couldnt understand why I wouldn't wait for 3 hours with my 2 year old for a SCHEDULED oil change and gave me attitude when I told them I would have to reschedule. They don't seem to actually honor anything with the warranty, and my husband has left 3 messages now trying to get some information on why the oil changes needed to maintain the warrenty are no longer honored but we won't hold our breath waiting for a response. -3 stars if I could!
Advice on the "free service loaner": if they take you to Enterprise, you are probably going to pay for it yourself. I had my Santa Fe in three times from October to December to repair the front brakes. Failure to diagnose, delays in ordering parts, wrong parts received. And then they had the gaul to charge me for the free service rental car and refuse to contact me about the reimbursement. We bought the car 10 years ago. Let’s just say, the service manager will not leave you feeling like a valued customer. In fact, I left feeling bamboozled. If I ever buy another Hyundai, I would NOT go back to Fairfax Hyundai.
Getting more competent people in your service department
The most rude sales consultant I had to deal with on the phone when I called to schedule a test drive for 2020 Palisade. The consultant told we are not doing a test drive because they only have one model so unless I am going to buy that car they would not offer me to test drive......WHAT!!!! How in the world am I going to know how the car feels or drives until I have driven it!!!! So then I decide to check their inventory only..... and guess what..... 10 Palisades available!!!!!
Wait times are extremely long even with an appointment! 2hrs every time! Ridiculous
