It is not surprising to see this hospital has such a low overall rating. My wife underwent complex spine surgery that was scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. The procedure lasted nearly five hours, and I want to acknowledge that the surgeon did an excellent job. We were also informed in advance that she would need to remain hospitalized for at least three days after surgery. Fantastic team at the ER and on Surgery team on the 11th floor. My nurses and clinical technicians were Ayne Isabella Stella Abby Barbara Kath Amy Ally Trang all of them were caring knowledgeable and part of my post emergency recovery. The surgery team were very informative and disseminated what was needed for me and my husband to feel reassured. I was in a lot of pain and the surgery was life saving.
