Ok. I take my positive review back. This is awful. Just plain awful. While the script center pick up for refills is great the rest of the system since the change is horrible. I tried to activate prescriptions a month or so ago but that's become too hard. While I could once use my laptop to send a "get in line" text I was informed by the pharmacy staff that I now have to use my cell phone. Really?
