☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with Fairfax Gynecology Group. I was charged a $50 cancellation fee even though I attempted to cancel my appointment beforehand. I called the office multiple times, nobody answered the phone, and no one returned my calls. There was no reasonable way to reach anyone to cancel. It’s unfair to penalize patients for failing to contact an office that isn’t available to take calls or return messages. Nurses and doctors are friendly and professional
It was my first time visiting today I had an appointment with Dr. Carlyn Penwell she was amazing! She listened to everything I had to say and was very patient with me and came up with a treatment plan that would work best for me and said we could check in anytime. Would highly recommend her and this office!
