Elaine is a fantastic, thorough and gentle dental hygienist. I love her.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I spoke with a male staff member who was extremely condescending and rude. I was calling while in significant pain from a wisdom tooth and was unable to get an appointment until later today. When I asked for his name, he abruptly hung up on me. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy—especially toward a patient in pain—is unacceptable.
The hygienist, Morena, was always courteous, pleasant, and professional as usual. It's always a pleasure going to that clinic.
