I had a very positive experience at Fairfax Dental & Cosmetics. The team was professional, patient, and took the time to properly restore my teeth. "I can’t express how much this visit meant to me. I originally went in for a different service, but Dr. Mai, Truc noticed a chipped tooth I’ve lived with for years and offered to fix it right then and there. I’d grown so used to having that chip, and having it restored so effortlessly has completely changed how I feel when I smile. I am beyond grateful for a dentist who doesn't just look at a chart, but truly looks at the person in the chair. Beyond great service!"

This is truly the best dentist office I have been to in my life and I will never go anywhere else. After 6+ years of avoiding the dentist due to multiple bad experiences, I eventually had some pain with what I thought was one wisdom tooth coming in as well as a cavity that needed to be addressed. I went to another facility and they told me I needed a root canal and unbeknownst to me I had 4 wisdom teeth that needed to come out as well as multiple other cavities - not shocking but more work than I was prepared for. Absolutely love this place. I usually hate going to the dentist but going here was a breeze. The staff is super friendly as well as the dentists. Super professional. They make sure you’re doing ok all throughout your appointment. The dentist explains things very well. I look forward to future visits instead of dreading the thought going. 10/10 recommend this office.

I have never had a better experience at a dentist’s office. The entire staff was kind, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They didn’t pressure me into doing a bunch of work I can’t afford right now. Instead, the dentist walked me through my options and explained what was needed without making me feel judged or ashamed for the condition of my teeth or the reason I came in. I’ve already told at least three people about how great my experience was here. If I can help it, I don’t plan on going to another dentist.
