Terrible customer service, the counselors may be good but I would not know, they never return my calls or emails. It is really unconscionable to be in mental health and never return people's calls.
I have been to Fairfax Counseling Services for 5 years now and I am so grateful for how much they have helped me. I was able to be connected with a therapist quickly and she has completely changed my life. Highly recommend this practice.
Terrible experience. Didn't even give the necessary information to get an appointment started. You're just another time slot to them. Don't waste your time here.
I came to this practice as a teenager and decided to come back because this pandemic has been very difficult. Both therapists I saw were excellent and have been extremely helpful. They truly care about their clients. They also provide video appointments which made it easy and safe. I highly recommend this practice!
