The doctors and front desk team here are wonderful—professional, kind, and attentive. However, there are two areas that really need improvement: 1. Phone system: Their AI answering system is extremely frustrating. It takes forever to get through to a live person or book an appointment. Honestly, it feels like a waste of money compared to simply hiring two more front desk staff who could provide real human support. 2. Wait times: Every visit I’ve had here has involved waiting more than 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment... read more
